Feature Films For Families is a privately held entertainment production and distribution company and is not affiliated with nor owned in any part by any religious or other non-profit organization. Because we are subject to federal law concerning discrimination, our policy is to not ask or disclose the race or religion of our employees or supporters. We are not a “club.” You order only the films you want, when you want them. We may call you a few times a year to offer our new movies as they become available. We will also ask for your input on how we can better meet the entertainment needs and desires of your family.

How to Order
To begin the ordering process, just browse through "Our Movies" Click on the movie title or product you wish to purchase and you will be sent to a page with more information and options. Click on the "Place In Cart" icon to place your order. You can also call 1-800-FAMILYTV to place an order or request a catalog. You can download a copy of our catalog in PDF format. Payment Information
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a movie after the first viewing, you may exchange it within 30 days for any other film we offer. Return your film with full payment — unless you prepaid — to our P.O. Box, name the movie you want in exchange and we will send it to you. See movie synopses under "Our Movies."

Defective Products
Our tapes are fully guaranteed. If the tape does not play properly after you have adjusted the tracking on your VCR or if your DVD is defective, call our toll-free number within 30 days and we will send you a replacement video at no additional charge.

Movie Rentals/Loans
In purchasing our films you agree not to rent or resell them. If you want to donate our films to a school or church library for loaning out, please inform that library to contact Feature Films For Families at the number listed below for a licensing agreement. An authorized, written license is required to loan or to rent out our films. Why? Most of our contracts with producers limit us to selling films directly to the home.

Confidentiality
Feature Films For Families does not disclose nor sell the names or phone numbers of its customers. This information is considered strictly confidential. If you believe this policy has been violated, please contact our Legal Department at 1-800-FAMILY-TV (ext. 243).

Returns
These films were not sent for previewing. If you understood otherwise, please call our Customer Service Department at the number below. Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours after receipt. It is our general policy to accept returned merchandise for full refund within 30 days after receipt. Furthermore, Feature Films For Families complies with all state and federal regulations regarding the cancellation of sales and return of merchandise purchased pursuant to telephone solicitation. For any credit from a return or exchange that you do not use within 3 years, you authorize us to make a donation of an equivalent value of products to a school, charity or other non-profit organization.
