Customer Reviews
I haven't seen this movie in a long time but I would have to agree that for younger children this movie could seem a little boring. But I watched it when I was younger and grew to love it.

My children (ages 8, 10 and 12) enjoyed this film in a land unknown to them. They especially liked the spiritual wisdom shared as the two boys ventured together. I highly recommend this movie to families.

Both of my children(ages 10 and 14) said the movie was boring. I would have to agree. My biggest concern with the movie was the Indian woman coming to stay with the uncle. If this is a family friendly movie, I shouldn't have to worry about my 10 year old seeing a man and woman who are not married staying in the same small cabin together overnight.

Well done and several excellent messages for people of all ages. IE: Never give up on a dream or idea you have. Don't think you know another until you get to know them....destructiveness of gossip. Self depreciation and it's harmfulness. Always seek the truth. How to know who your true friends are..
