When the grandson he hasn’t seen in years arrives for a visit with him in Colorado, Ben finds that the little boy he once knew has become an angry, selfish, disrespectful teenager. He immediately lets Ben know he hates him and just wants to get back to California. Ben agrees to take him home — on horseback. It becomes a journey that changes both of their lives.
